Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the system say, “The team is not complete”?

On the team page there is an overview of the required team functions (mandatory team members), which can be changed by the Q-case leader. Check if all required team functions are covered by team members (the list of mandatory members must not have any red entries.) Some regions have special requirements as to which functions must be present in the team. These functions can not be deselected and have a white font and a yellow background in the list to indicate them as obligatory members.

Why can not I switch my Q-case to “Light”?

Is the Q-case a customer complaint? - A customer complaint can not be changed to a Q-case Light.

Why was I designated as a Q-case responsible?

Q-case responsibles are experts in their field. They have a solid knowledge of the company and its processes. It is their responsibility to handle the Q case and to assess the solution.

Why was I selected as a team member?

Take it as a compliment. Someone thought that you are the right expert to help solve the Q-case and develop a sustainable customer solution.

Why is the Q-Case form not showns completely while other users see all the information?

It’s probably the bandwidth of your network connection. Try e.g. to work with another browser that is more tolerant of slow network connections (e.g., Mozilla Firefox).

Why can not I close a Q-case immediately?

Presumably, there are already entries under IMMEDIATE ACTION or DEF. ACTIONS.

Why can not I choose someone as a Q-case leader, even though he has the role?

A person can either be a team member or a Q-case leader. This person is probably already defined as a team member. Delete this person from the team list and then select them as the Q-case leader.

Why can not I add more records to the system?

If the Q-case is open you probably have not completely defined the team yet, or the team has not yet been informed about the Q_Fall.

What should I do if I find a bug?
